SAILFISH Catamarans’ redesigned S8 made its debut at last week’s Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show on the Gold Coast.
The S8 Catamaran combines next generation hull technology with premium comfort and versatility.
Built for those who demand capability, confidence, and control in any conditions, the S8 features Sailfish’s award-winning Hydroflow GEN 3 hull, delivering unmatched stability, faster planing, and improved fuel efficiency. At 8.2 metres long and fully trailerable with a 2.45m beam, the S8 blends offshore power with practical, go-anywhere convenience.
“We believe this to be one of the best boats to ever hit the market and we’re proud to unveil the Sailfish S8 to an international audience right here in Australia, and what better place than the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show,” said Darren Foster, General Manager Sailfish Catamarans.
“We’ve adopted many of the features of our larger models and included innovation and feedback from our loyal customers. It’s built for those who don’t compromise; whether they’re chasing gamefish 30 miles offshore or enjoying a weekend cruise with the family” added Ashley Faraj from Webbe Marine.
Purpose-built in Australia for Australian conditions, the S8 features a fully enclosed cabin with double berth, step down fully enclosed separate toilet, freshwater system, and advanced electronics integration.
The fishing-focused cockpit includes EVA flooring, underfloor kill tanks, multiple rod holders, a 49L fridge, stainless steel BBQ, tackle storage, and a transom walkout with rear ladder.
