THIS video from BD Outdoors takes filleting fishing to a new level. Incidentally the fish is an ‘opah’, the first fish known to be warm-blooded, and is apparently delicious. Watch as it is sliced and diced into seven different cuts of meat, all different in their flavour and texture.
