FISHERMEN in waters off Japan have picked up a gigantic great white shark after it choked to death on a sea turtle, according to an article on the Land Bible website.
Fisherman Greg Vella said the shark weighed a little more than 2,000 kilograms (4,500 pounds/320 stone), meaning this was certainly a big shark. I heard chatter on the radio that there was a white shark swimming around with a big sea turtle in it’s mouth.
“The captains I interviewed who saw the mighty shark the day before, said it looked close to death, as it could not dislodge the giant turtle.
“The commercial guys were bummed as white sharks do not bother their commercial fishing, and most certainly do bother the things that eat our catch.”
It gives a new meaning to the phrase “biting off more than you can chew”.
