ENGINEERED for targeting big fish, the Fin-Nor Lethal spin reel offers a big line capacity, a robust build and a tough multi-stack MegaDrag with carbon fibre washers that’s sealed against water intrusion.
Featuring a strong slimline aluminium body and side plate, this reel is ready for fishing braid, with a rubber braid ring fitted to the bearing-supported aluminium spool. The stainless steel main shaft has a tough support design and the gear set-up includes a brass pinion gear and alloy main gear.
There are four models in the Lethal series, with sizes 40, 60 and 80 having a tough polymer rotor, while the 100 has a metal rotor. All models have a solid bail wire and a line roller bearing.
Incorporating six double-shielded stainless steel bearings plus one Mega-Lock instant anti-reverse bearing, the 40 size reel has a 5.2:1 gear ratio and the 60, 80 and 100 utilise a 4.9:1 system.
