EMBOSSED micro channel bags and rolls are slightly thicker (100 micron) than standard micro channel bags which means that they are stronger and suitable for vacuum packing bony meats such as whole fish, t-bone steaks, pork chops, lamb shanks and more.
They are food safe and BPA free, perfect for sous vide and reheating in boiling water. Because of their strength, they are great for transporting frozen food. They also extend the shelf life of the vacuum sealed food.
The rolls come in three widths and each roll measures 10 metres, which can be easily cut into a desired length. Once you know what the vacuum sealed item is, you can cut the roll to the desired length, seal one of the open sides and create your own bag!
The bags come in five different sizes and all the embossed products are suitable to use with every brand of vacuum sealer on the market.
