SAMAKI says its updated C-12 V3 range of rods with new 40 tonne blanks offers you the ultimate in weight and strength giving you greater casting distance with more power.
The tapered C-12 V3 cork grips slip easily into the palm of your hand, additionally the ultra-light Fuji K & LKW silicon guides enhance the lightweight sensation.
The C-12 V3 range has been developed to offer a punchy range targeted at a variety of fishing applications. The 7’0 extra light 3-8lb is designed with a fast crisp tip, predominantly designed for casting small hard bodies while maintaining a softer belly section to ensure maximum hook up rate and landing big fish on small trebles. The 7’0 light 4-8 lb is the most versatile all-rounder rod perfect in the estuary for throwing plastics and vibes offering plenty of grunt to land fish. The 7’0 medium 6-12lb is a crossover model for heavier estuary applications and larger flathead using large vibes or light inshore snapper stick. The 7’0 medium heavy 10-17lb rod is ideal for mangrove jacks and barramundi on soft plastics. The 7’0 heavy 10-20lb is perfect for targeting impoundment barra, large offshore snapper or casting slugs at pelagics.
There are also five baitcast models in the range. The 6’8” 6-12 b rod ideal for throwing spinner baits and hard bodies for bass and yellowbelly and the 6’8” medium model is designed for football jigs or light tackle barramundi fishing. The 3 heavier models also exist; 6’0” traditional barra baitcaster and two exciting longer lengths the 7’0” medium heavy (predominantly designed for chucking Vibelicious at barramundi) and a 6’8” heavy stick for impoundment barra.
