COMBINING traditional good looks with the latest technology, Daiwa claims its Silver Creek AGS rods are the lightest and most technically-advanced trout rods available.
At the centre of the rod series is a SVF carbon blank, AGS (Air Guide System) and the most comfortable, stylish and sensitive reel seat ever seen in Silver Creek rods. The new reel seat is a combination of triple A-grade cork and machined alloy components, to make it highly sensitive and incredibly light, yet still have that ‘traditional’ trout image.
Four spin models are available in the Silver Creek AGS rod series: 64L Spin – 1.93m light action, 2-10g lure weight; 66ML Spin – 1.98m medium light action, 3-14g lure weight; 68UL Spin – 2.03m ultra light action, 1.5-8g lure weight; and 710ML Spin – 2.39m medium light action, 3-18g lure weight.
