BEING organised is the key to a solid transition from home to camping. Part of this is having dedicated equipment that is ready to be packed into the caravan, trailer, boot or bag. Stratus Outdoors has developed a dinner set from 304 stainless steel that is fantastic for open-air cooking.
The Stratus Outdoors kitchenware is lightweight and have a canvas carry bag that you can purchase separately to keep them nice and tidy. An individual set comes with a stackable bowl, plate and wine glass. The cup and the bowl and double walled to allow heat to be dispersed between hand and contents. I have four that are perfect for my entire family.
The kitchenware is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning when you get home. The only downside is they don’t like a scourer, but a sponge and some hot water do the job. I love using the bowls to mix sauces and dips.
