AN inaugural sailfish tournament is set to kick off in the billfish rich waters of Rompin Malaysia later this year.
OCEAN Blue Fishing Adventures and EdgeWater Power Boats Asia Pacific is inviting anglers to fish the EdgeWater Power Boats Billfish Classic, to be held at the Lanjut Golden Beach & Golf Resort on October 7-9.
The tournament will be based on International GameFish Association (IGFA) rules, with fishing to take place in the sailfish richwaters off Malaysia’s east coast. These gamefish are drawn annually to this part of the South ChinaSea and offer anglers some of the best sailfishing found anywhere inthe world.
Travel packages are available for both teams and individual anglers.
