Fishers Forum for NSW north coast

NSW DPI is currently implementing a project called Fishers for Fish Habitat which will be culminating in the first ever Fishers for Fish Habitat Forum in Ballina on the NSW north coast.

The forum is scheduled for 18 to 19 June 2009 in Ballina and will be the culmination of the Fishers for Fish Habitatproject. It will provide an excellent opportunity for anglers to meetlike minded individuals, to discuss issues relating to fish habitat andfind out how fish numbers can be improved by improving fish habitat. There will also be an opportunity to visit local sites where fishhabitat has been improved and of course time to wet a line!

The Fish Habitat Forum is a free event open to all recreational fishers and people interested in the health of fish habitat in NSW.  Fishers for Fish Habitat is funded by the Natural Resources Advisory Council and the NSW Recreational Fishing Trusts.
