GAMAKATSU has just released its Short Shank Magic Eye treble hooks.
Gamakatsu hooks are all produced in Japan using only high tensile strength steel and are chemically sharpened to increase hook-up rates.
This latest treble is a medium duty hook built on 2X strong wire with a nickel back finish. It has a shorter shank length than the standard Magic Eye, enabling it to be used on a wide variety of lures.
The Magic Eye feature means that trebles can be easily changed, even without pliers.
The hook is available in sizes 6 through to 1/0.
