THE Jervis Bay Game Fishing Club’s annual Okuma Whitesands Tournament was held on the last weekend of November on the NSW South Coast.
Typical of the rich offshore waters of Jervis Bay, the well attended event once again produced a wide variety of gamefish species for entrants, including tuna, marlin, sharks and dolphinfish. All entrants were in the running to win a selection of event sponsor’s products.
Dolphinfish were also found offshore by competing boats.
