SYDNEY’S Broken Bay Game Fishing Club has announced that Elliot Stark, Science and Policy Specialist of the US-based BillFish Foundation, will address the club’s next general meeting this Wednesday, November 16.
During the meeting Stark is expected to discuss a broad range of topics including international fisheries management, sportfishing and conservation, the economics of sport fishing and general policy/science. The meeting is expected to give attendees the opportunity to be brought up to date with recent international developments in the conservation and protection of billfish.
Members and visitors are invited to attend at the Horseshoe Cove Room of the Royal Motor Yacht Club, Broken Bay (46 Prince Alfred Parade, Newport) this Wednesday at 7.30pm. Visitors and prospective new members are welcome, with all new members joining Broken Bay GFC on the evening offered special discount membership and entry in a draw for two free memberships.
