REGULAR readers will have seen recent reports on the Fishing World tuna expedition to Bermagui on the NSW South Coast. If you missed them click here and here.
Also down at Bermi around the same time as the Fisho crew was the Adventure Bound team who were shooting footage of tuna action for a future episode of the popular fishing program. While filming, specialist underwater cameraman Jack Monkiewicz managed to get up close and personal with a school of southern bluefin and captured some pretty speccy images of the SBTs feeding in a cubing trail. Still images of some of that footage can be seen below, courtesy of Adventure Bound.
The episode featuring the underwater footage is expected to screen in early September so check your local for screening times. In the meantime check out the amazing view Monkiewicz experienced last week somewhere off Bermi.
