THIS Wednesday November 21, the Save Cronulla Fisheries action group is holding a rally to protest against the O’Farrell Government’s decision to close the Cronulla Fisheries Research Centre.
The organisers are holding the rally at Parliament House Sydney at 1pm and hope to get a large turnout and send a clear message to the NSW government that the decision to close Cronulla Fisheries is wrong and needs to be rescinded.
Confirmed speakers for the rally include Inquiry Committee members Reverend Fred Nile MP, Steve Whan MP and Cate Faehrmann MP.
The organisers will also invited attendees to the rally to sample barbecued sustainable seafood “while you still can”.
