AS regular readers will know, Fisho last week started a campaign to help save our marlin stocks by urging readers to contact restaurants that promote the eating of marlin. To take the issue further we also asked you to help us educate chefs and restaurants against using marlin on their menus. See full story HERE.
Last week’s story got quite a response from readers with several posting lengthy comments of support for the campaign. One reader, T & R Marlin Fisher, alerted us to the fact that the Sydney Fish Markets is promoting the eating of marlin and has posted recipes for doing so on its website – check it out here.
