THIS video highlights the capture of a huge kingfish in New Zealand on fly tackle by Aussie fisho Glenn Eggleton.
As you’ll see in the clip the big king never gives up and the battle on fly gear in open water is long and drawn out.
And as happy as Eggleton and guide Nikolaj Mathiesen are about their catch, the lucky fisho’s missus doesn’t seem overly impressed with proceedings. Some of the background commentary is priceless!
For the record the king weighed 32.7kg and was taken on an 8kg tippet.
