A $165,000 grant funded by Victorian fishing licence revenue has provided a purpose built fishing platform at Corinella Jetty, Western Port.
Working with the Corinella community, Parks Victoria has used the funding to replace the original landing which had deteriorated over time. Already proving very popular with anglers, the new platform includes a ramp and seating.
It has been finished with fibreglass mesh decking to increase the structure’s life span.
