GME has increased its growing portfolio of marine products with the launch of a new GPS navigation system, the GP450X. This Australian designed plotter has a 4.5 inch monochrome silver bright LCD with a pixel resolution of 240 wide by 160 high. The unit is a compact, stand alone GPS navigator with a 12 parallel channel receiver with SBAS (Satellite- Based Augmentation Systems) support. The GP450X is designed to provide a cost effective solution for a compact full featured plotter suitable for any coastal, fishing or pleasure craft.

The unit also contains a wide range of navigational pages including plotter with a scale range of .02 – 320 nm, compass, highway, large nav data, speedometer, steering and custom page (seven in all). The plotter incorporates user friendly software, and an easy to read display even in direct sunlight, which makes the GP450X system a must for boaters with simplicity in mind, but big plotter features.
