INCORPORATING regular and extra fast actions, Abu Garcia’s Salty Stage KR-X rods have been designed for offshore jigging applications.
Featuring the latest in Japanese jig rod design, quality components and striking cosmetics, the Salty Stage KR-X range comprises four spin and one overhead model. The various spin models have maximum jig ratings ranging 150g to 250g, while the overhead model has a maximum jig weight of 150g.
The powerful composite blanks incorporate carbon and glass with carbon X wrap to reduce rod twist and increase power. Abu Garcia says the lightweight properties of the Fuji KR concept guide system also improves the blank action, while tight line control is achieved with reduced-diameter KR ring sizes that improve sensitivity, particularly on the drop.
Each rod in the Salty Stage KR-X range also features an ergonomically-designed and lightweight grip, which allows you to fish all day in comfort.
