Fisho filmed a series of how-to videos down on the NSW South Coast last week. Filmed and produced by professional camera crews and editors, the clips will form part of our exciting new online how-to video library, to be launched early next year.
Fisho writers Pat Brennan, Michael Guest, Sami Omari and Wes Murphy, along with editor Jim Harnwell, filmed a stack of high quality clips covering knots, outboards, tackle, casting, rods, fly lines, marine electronics, lures and game gear. Plans are already underway to film a heap more clips – all aimed at helping you become a better angler – in the New Year.
One of the stand-out segments last week featured the latest in squid fishing from Japanese squidding experts Yasushi Kawahara and Taro Kitamura. These guys, who work for Japanese tackle giant Yamashita, are amazing calamari catchers and have a heap of really interesting info to share on catching these cool cephalopods.
