SOUTH Australian kayak fisho Matthew Gorne has captured the moment a great white shark tried to take a bite from his paddle.
The shark circled his kayak inquisitively before lunging at the paddle. Gorne’s GoPro captured the shark while he was chasing kings at Port Augusta, South Australia.
Gorne told The Advertiser he was “stupid” for going fishing without a shark shield.
“I will definitely be investing in one now though,” he said.
