Hark Australia has now released a fully insulated, electric powered smoker to add to its wide range of grilling, roasting and smoking products.
The electric element in the Hark Electric Smoker is designed to enable precision temperature control – great for hot and cold smoking. Cooking times and temperatures can be pre-programmed in advance and the inclusion of an internal digital meat probe helps perfect the smoking process.
The Hark Electric Smoker has one small and four large cooking shelves and a heavy duty rack to hang all types of fish, meats and sausages. The fully portable unit has a side access wood chip chute, which allows the door to stay closed while you replenish the wood chips. The unit also comes with a fitted PVC cover and detailed instruction and operating manual.
