REGISTRATION is now open for Bass Sydney’s BassCatch event being held on February 16 & 17.
2013 is the 25th Anniversary of the Hawkesbury-Nepean BassCatch, the first in NSW. So, organisers are hoping entrants continue the tradition and fish the BassCatch for a day, two days or a couple of hours. The after-fishing chatfest, BBQ, raffles and camaraderie has been a feature of the BassCatches for the last few years. The fishing has been pretty good this season too!
Anglers wishing to enter need to register via the Bass Sydney website. Please let the Bass Catch Officer, Shayne Alexander know if you can’t register via the website (older versions of Internet Explorer may not work) and he will register you manually. Camping details will be sent out to participants closer to the date. There is a chance that the group will not be camping at the usual place at Cattai as the Committee is looking at an alternative venue, a bit closer to the action.
