THE pics you see here were sent in today by Fishing World reader Simon Merritt.
Simon told Fisho he was kayak fishing at St Georges Basin on the weekend and was trolling back to the ramp when he hooked the huge tailor pictured, on bream gear.
Simon says the tailor took him “for a tow initially but I had to put in the chase before I got spooled.”
For the record Simon’s tailor measured 91cm in length and weighed 6.9kg. That’s one top tailor, congratulations Simon!
