THE National 4×4 Outdoors Show, Fishing & Boating Expo is set for a big weekend when it returns to the Brisbane Showgrounds this Friday 31 March – Sunday 2 April 2017.

Featuring thousands of 4×4, fishing, boating, camping and outdoors products from the industry’s leading retailers, and jam-packed with entertainment for the entire family, great deals, interactive features, Australian and Queensland premieres and special guests, the show is the must-attend event for all outdoors enthusiasts.

With more than 20,000 square metres dedicated to everything outdoors-related, including caravanning, camping, four wheel driving, fishing and boating, the show will boast the biggest names in the industry, displaying their latest products and services.

An event that caters for the entire family – adults and children alike – back by popular demand this weekend will be favourite show features, the Waeco CFX Outback Stage, Eagers Holden 4WD Proving Ground, and the new-look Action Arena.

The Waeco CFX Outback Stage will once again present truly entertaining sessions from some of Australia’s finest offroading television personalities, including John ‘Roothy’ Rooth, Rick and Jamie from the Offroad Adventure Show, Jase and Simon from All 4 Adventure, and Shauno and Graham from 4WD Action, along with plenty of great giveaways on stage throughout the event. Cricketing legend, Merv Hughes, will also be appearing on stage on Saturday for Waeco, to talk all things outdoors.

Exciting new features at this year’s show will be the merging of the Fishing Stage and Campfire Cooking Stage to create the all-encompassing Engel Catch and Cook Stage, hosted by AFL legend Peter ‘Spida’ Everitt from TV Show The Great Australian Doorstep. This feature will teach you not only some fantastic tips and tricks to master the art of angling, but also how to cook your catch and other delicious recipes to try next time you are on the road.

Getting to and from the Brisbane Showgrounds will be easy, with plenty of visitor parking on site, along with a free shuttle bus service from Roma Street and Fortitude Valley stations over the weekend.

A parcel pick-up point will also be available for any bulky items that you purchase on the day, so you are free to explore the Show at ease.

The Show will run from 9am-6pm Friday and Saturday, and 9am-5pm Sunday.
