The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a strong wind warning for the NSW coast for this weekend, including strong south westerly winds, dangerous swell and seas to 3 metres.
The Recreational Fishing Alliance of NSW is advising rock anglers that this weekend is a good one to stay home.
An issued statement from the organisation states, “If you do go, choose a safe spot. Don’t fish alone, make sure you have non-slip shoes, wear a life jacket and never turn your back on the sea.”
