IN this week’s Fishing Journeys we head west and fish a remote river in search of native Murray cod and golden perch.
The team from Coleman and Pure Fishing join freshwater specialists Ken Smith and Col Gordon for a few days of fantastic fishing.
These inland rivers have some spectacular countryside and the rivers are teaming with natives. It made the perfect setting for testing a range of new and prototype tackle while trying out the range of innovative camping equipment from Coleman.
While the fishing wasn’t red hot, we each caught a good share of natives and had a ball experiencing a unique part of Australia.
