RAYGLASS Boats has announced that Australian boaters will get their first chance to see the Rayglass 2400 it in person for the first time.
Queensland Marine Centre will bring the 2400 to the 2026 Sydney Boat Show, running 30 July – 2 August at Sydney Showgrounds, Sydney Olympic Park at Stand D104. The next generation 2700 will also be on display.
The 2400 is the newest addition to Rayglass’s next generation Legend range, evolving the long-running Legend 2350 into a boat built to launch anywhere and go everywhere – easy enough to tow and trailer, yet capable of serious offshore adventure and fishing.
At 7.7 metres in length, the 2400 has plenty of room for the whole family or big fishing crews. Customers can choose between a 270hp inboard diesel or an outboard configuration up to 450hp, with a new purpose-built fishing transom option available on the single outboard model – featuring a plumbed live bait tank, bait prep station, and cooler.
Rayglass Boats president Dean Harris said the Sydney Boat Show is the ideal place for Australian boaters to get aboard for the first time:
“Rayglass haven’t changed our philosophy here. As Tony Hembrow said when we released the 2700, you don’t make a square wheel when the round one is working,” said Harris.
“We’ve had a great response to the 2400 since launch, and we’re looking forward to bringing that same boat to Sydney. It’s built for exactly the kind of boating this region is known for.”
“It’s not a replacement for the 2350 – the 2400 sits below the 2500 and above the 2350, giving Australian customers even more choice as Rayglass continues to grow here.”
