Scientific Angler has released its latest addition to the Sharkskin flyline range – the Saltwater Clear Tip.
The original Sharkskin Micro-replication fly line technology is claimed to provide superior line shootability and floatation while eliminating line flash and vastly reducing friction. Essentially, it’s an advance on SA’s very popular Wet Tip Clear line, which it now replaces.
The Sharksin Saltwater Clear Tip is a floating line with a clear intermediate sink tip, designed to be the ultimate multi-purpose saltwater fly line. Engineered for both boat and wading applications in warm to tropical environments, this line features true density transition which blends the floating and intermediate portions of the line to remove any hint of hinging when casting.
This is the ideal line for targeting species such as permit, giant herring, GTs and bonefish.
