TERRY Irvine is a keen fisho who loves nothing more than to get out in the bush to go fishing. However Terry is in a wheelchair and unfortunately his wheelchair doesn’t handle the bush as well as he’d like. He is continually getting bogged and needs to call for assistance to get him out which is taking all the fun out of his fishing trips.
So Terry’s mates have started a Go Fund Me campaign to raise enough money to buy a wheelchair with tracks so that he can get into all his best fishing spots. The wheelchair he needs costs $15,000 to import from the states but from the pictures it appears that not only will this wheelchair get Terry where he needs to go, but he can probably tow a boat down to the spot too!
As of today $460 has been raised for Terry but we reckon that Fisho‘s readers can get him across the line. If everyone chucks in a couple of bucks we’ll smash out the money for Terry in no time at all and he’ll hopefully have the new wheelchair in time for summer.
