We are seeking to appoint a motivated cadet advertising salesperson to join the Marine & Consumer Division based in our Sydney office at Surry Hills. Reporting to the associate publisher, your initial focus will be on print classifieds and digital advertising across leading consumer boating and fishing titles.
You must have the ability to work within a team environment, be well presented and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and interest in the recreational boating and fishing industries. A commitment to customer service is essential as is a practical understanding of computer applications including word processing, e-mail and internet. Good organisational skills, a practical approach to problem solving and an eagerness to learn will be highly regarded.
The successful candidate will be trained and mentored with a view to succession to more senior positions.
